Kendra Beal, D.C., CCSP, CFMP, grew up in this area, and is pleased to return as an adult to assist her mother, and provide a growing list of services to the community. Dr. Kendra Beal has approximately 2 decades of experience in bodywork. After undergraduate work in dance and psychology, followed by earning her doctorate in chiropractic, she went on to add a number of additional certifications and specialties to further understand and assist those on her table. She provides her own soothing treatment space as well as mobile services in the area, and teaches yoga classes every week in Yosemite Lakes Park.

Good afternoon everyone. Please note that all Yoga classes will be cancelled until Nov 26th. Starting on Monday, November 27th, Yoga will start back being held every Monday and Thursday in the YLP Clubhouse at noon.

I hope those reading this post found ways to create joy, this .
As the day comes to a close, I find myself floating in water, looking at the stars, and feeling joy and gratitude to be far removed from hearing any fireworks in my current locale. With the exception of the moon and a lantern, it is dark, quiet, and peaceful. My dog is panic free, and dreaming.

I'd like to credit all those that came out for my 1st evening dance class here last night, for some of the extra gratitude and smiles on my face.
Let's all find ways to create more joy every day, keep swimming and floating, and...keep dancing! 🌠

Parents, do you kids love to dance? Want to get some of their excess energy out this summer? We have rhythm, music and movement for your kids tomorrow from 3:00pm to 4:00pm. If they are the ages 6 to 12 come on down to the clubhouse tomorrow. See the attached flyer for more information. We hope to see you all there.

It was simply an honor to be invited to work a 4 day quilters retreat at the beautiful Ecco center, near Bass Lake. They took great care of me, providing a calm and spacious area for me to see patients, and a buffet of food and beverages each day. I was inspired in all kinds of ways.🙏❤ Many thanks to everyone who made it possible.
