✨️ What is Reflexology?

Foot and hand reflexology is based on the premise that our feet are split into zones and reflex areas which correspond to the rest of the body. As a reflexologist I use a thumb/finger walking technique which applies pressure to those specific areas. In using pressure on the reflexive areas of the feet it can cause a physiological change in the body, reducing stress and promotes overall healing.
