Leg Day Saves Lives!!
Here we go with more leg training! Building strength and size in the legs so I can live a better and longer life when I’m older 😎🤙🏼
Front Squats are a great alternative if Back Squats cause pain in your low back or hips. This variation puts the weight in front so it makes you stay more upright in the spine. This also works your upper back and your core as well as your legs. Also, this variation is a little safer because if you fail a lift you can just drop it forward rather than getting stuck underneath with a Back Squat.
