Leg Day Saves Lives!!

Here we go with more leg training! Building strength and size in the legs so I can live a better and longer life when I’m older 😎🤙🏼

Front Squats are a great alternative if Back Squats cause pain in your low back or hips. This variation puts the weight in front so it makes you stay more upright in the spine. This also works your upper back and your core as well as your legs. Also, this variation is a little safer because if you fail a lift you can just drop it forward rather than getting stuck underneath with a Back Squat.

Give these a try on your next leg day! Train those legs and build that strength so you can live a better life 💪🏼😎

Leg Day will help you Live Longer 🦵🏼💪🏼😎

There are multiple studies that show a direct connection between our Mortailty and Longevity to the Strength and Size of our leg muscles. That is one of the major signs of longevity. Those who have stronger legs live longer, plain and simple.

So, if you’re training your legs, don’t stop. And if you haven’t been then you better start. Start small and progressively increase. You don’t have to be squatting 400lbs by next week, but you should prioritize the ability to strengthen your legs for everyday life.

And don’t be afraid of lifting weights! There is no such thing as a dangerous lift if you have proper technique and you don’t lift more than you can handle. It becomes dangerous when you try to lift more than you’re body is ready for.

Start small and increase slow. Think long term. You’re not training for a race or a game next month, you’re training to play with your kids/grandkids next year.

First Adjustment in my Mobile Office!!!

Got to use my table for my first office adjustment in the Mobile Office! Listen to this man’s reaction to a drop table adjustment to his lumbar spine. He reported having a lot of tenderness in his low back that he had a very hard time bending over or even standing up straight. This was one of the biggest adjustments of our session. Although you can only hear the drop of the table piece, the release in his lumbar spine was deep and intense. You can hear the sigh of relief and the laughter of good feelings as we eased the tension in his body to allow him to stand up and walk more smoothly!
