Sometimes adjustments can be uncomfortable…. And the horses gets their revenge 😬😭 JK 😂😂 I was adjusting the whithers and the horse lost their balance. Unfortunately, my foot was right there and I caught their full weight haha. Can you see the shoe print???

Shoulder pain doesn’t always mean it’s your shoulder. It could mean a muscle imbalance of the shoulder girdle causing your Glenohumeral joint to move more than it shoulder causing inflammation.

A dog bit me and it was all my fault!

I was adjusting a dog one evening and it was the first time meeting. The dog was very sweet and friendly and all the adjustments were going well. They were a little nervous when I found a painful area in their pelvis but they had a nice release and all was well. I wanted to do a couple more adjustments to make sure I didn’t miss anything so I moved my foot to adjust my body position— and CRUNCH— I accidentally stepped on the dog’s tail.

I tried to lift my foot as soon as I realized what I did, but it was too late. The dog had whipped around in self defense and gave me a warning bite on the arm. Luckily the skin didn’t break but it left a decent mark which bruised a couple days later.

Needless to say, we had to cut the session short because the dog didn’t want me to touch them anymore. I tried apologizing with some treats but they were done with me for the night haha.

Sometimes that’s just how things go. No matter how careful we are, there are little accidents and we just have to deal with them 👍🏼
