Is it a cold or is it the flu? With overlapping symptoms, it can be hard to tell without proper testing!

As respiratory illnesses continue to be on the rise, we wanted to share a reminder of some of the symptoms to take note of.

Back in December, OCH's Dr. Cullum shared some helpful information on the topic: "Quick and precise diagnosis is essential. This can allow for appropriate treatment, in turn leading to earlier resolution in symptoms, prevention of progression of disease and decrease rate of transmission."

So when should you see a provider?
If you have an emergency warning sign, like trouble breathing or chest pain, you should seek emergency medical care immediately. The OCH Emergency Room in Gravette, AR is open 24/7 with no wait time or call 911 for assistance.

Whew! It's cold out there! In order to make sure everyone stays safe and warm, many of our clinic locations and offices are closed today! But don't worry, our ER in Gravette will remain open for any emergencies!

SNOW DAY! In order to keep our employees and patients safe, many of the OCH clinic locations will be closed or operating with limited staff and providers today. If you are attempting to call your local office and cannot get through to anyone, please visit ochonline.com/contact and complete the form or send us a message now.

Although we encourage you to stay safe and warm during these winter storms, our ER will remain open should you need immediate care.
