Fitness for Women is a virtual personal training/group fitness service. 1:1 sessions can be done virtually, in her small studio, or in home! Cara D’Orazio, owner of the facility, is certified in personal training through the American College of Sports Medicine and Group certified through AFAA. Had such a fun Halloween this year 🎃👻
Spent the evening at my sister’s (she and her husband get way more trick-or-treaters than we do — like 50–75 kids!) and she went all out again as the Mad Hatter 🎩💜 She seriously has the best costumes every year!
I can totally get into the spirit, but I’m not a costume person lol. Please don’t ask me to dress up because I won’t 😂
My clients even joined in the fun — we had a Halloween workout where they showed up as Bert & Ernie 😂💪
Ended the night low-key with takeout, my husband, and Abby rocking her fall gear 🍂🐾

💪 “When your instructor says we’re using heavy weights today…” 👀

Let’s clear this up once and for all:
You’re not going to wake up looking like a bodybuilder after a few strength sessions.
Building muscle takes time, consistency, and the right fuel.

Normally Saturday is our day to go out, but this weekend we had to makeit a Sunday Funday with numerous things going on🌞🍷

We started at 🍾 for their Canapés & Cuvées Tasting — bubbly, beautiful, and beyond delicious 🥂✨ (highly recommend the tasting flight + that view!)

Next stop ➡️ 🍇 for a cozy glass before ending the day on the perfect note 🌮🍹
The tacos, margaritas, and guac were on point 🔥💃 — seriously, the food hit the spot!

Sometimes the best weekends are the ones that flow differently — slow, spontaneous, and full of good company 💕

It’s always funny how our math changes mid-set — but that’s where the magic happens!

Our night took a little twist ✨ when our original spot (Pietro in St. James) overbooked themselves and didn’t honor our res 😅 — but it turned out to be a total win because came to the rescue! 🙌🍷
We absolutely LOVED their Caesar salad 🥗 and that creamy cheese 🧀 wheel pasta 🍝! We’ll definitely be back for another delicious Italian night 🇮🇹🍽️❤️

My hubby and I had the best date night .huntington in Huntington! 🍸🍣
We sat in the cozy bar area and had such a quaint, relaxing night filled with amazing food and cocktails. I started with a smoked Old Fashioned (so good!) and we shared everything — crispy potatoes, deviled eggs, goat cheese & radish sandwiches, sushi, and the most tender lamb chops. Finished the night with an espresso martini and matcha ice cream drizzled with matcha sauce. 🍵💚
Highly recommend this spot for a perfect date night — every bite and sip was delicious!
If you are looking for an omakase experience they have that too, but must be booked in advance. Apparently lit has 17 courses. It’s definitely on my list !

Amazing double date nite with fun Saturday events !
Saturday started off with building a beautiful Memorial Garden in E. Northport with ! Every time I volunteer I now can look at the beautiful rose 🌹bush we planted ! got to meet all the 🐈 too!
Sateuday nite date nite was amazing compete with yummy pierogies 🥟 and 🍻! October wouldn’t be complete without seeing some real haunted 👻🏚️. Since in the area we saw and “Hell House” in Massapequa.

Dealing with a wrist injury ?!

Try this upper body 🏋🏼‍♀️ and complete 3 sets of each exercise for 12 repetitions. You can still work shoulders, back, chest, back and triceps WITHOUT engagement of the wrists!
