Love was in the air at our Italian Aperitivo ❤️🇮🇹

With romantic Italian love songs, delicious antipasti, Aperol spritzes, chocolate-covered strawberries, and a stunning champagne ice sculpture, the evening was full of sparkle and connection.

It was festive, elegant, and definitely amore. 🥂✨

Resident Spotlight: *Marian Rossi*
Marian Rossi attended the 1960 Olympic Games in Rome as a synchronized swimming demonstrator, at a time when the sport had not yet been recognized as an official Olympic competition. She later went on to earn a Silver Medal at the 1963 Pan American Games.

This Valentine’s Day, I’m celebrating what I truly love about Coterie Cathedral Hill — our incredible Residents, their Families, and the beautiful community we’ve built together. Every day, I’m reminded how special this work is. The conversations, the laughter, the small moments our Assistant General Manager Deborah Suarez enjoyes the most.
