I had such a great time speaking One of my favorite things about going to these events is that people open up and tell me their stories. I find out they have been following me on Social media but we have never spoken. So these events give them the opportunity to be real and I get to learn about their stories.

I'm happy I was able to help a lot of people over the weekend find a direction to their goal! Till next time!!

Every single one of these things on this list passes me off, makes me sad or leaves me absolutely in shock how people react. I am over it all, everytime I have a chance to getaway from all this crap America has blown way out of proportion. The happier I am!!

I know its not possible to see or hear the words ever but they will not be on my page. I know what I believe in and if you don't like me for it, bye Felicia!

For the rest of you the know me as a friend, trainer or business partner know I am about doing what is right and never cross anyone.

I just wanted to take a few seconds to make this picture. And I hope you stop scrolling and if you read this I'm talking to you. Have a great day, have a great weekend. Happiness is the goal everyday and not just to yourself but others. Sometimes just taking a few seconds out of your day to say Hi, open a door or even not judge people will make a huge difference in someone's day. So this weekend put all the crap that's is going on in the world to the side and get back to the absolute core of why we are here living on earth. Happiness and caring for eachother.
