Took a tour of Naples Zoo at Caribbean Gardens this week to see how they train the hoofstock animals to receive hoof care with no restraints (Hello, Jumanji, 18-foot tall giraffe). Folks, it was AMAZING. Shout out to Cindy Hall for going above and beyond.

I have recently studied symmetry in the body and how it relates to healing our systems. Here is some fascinating symmetry in nature.

Trees are vital. As the biggest plants on the planet, they give us oxygen, store carbon, stabilise the soil and give life to the world's Wildlife. They also provide us with the materials for tools and shelter. 🌱🌿
