CRNAs with S-Corps: here are six missed opportunities I’m seeing on repeat, straight from a real client case study we fixed before year-end.

1) “Reasonable comp” set above the Social Security wage base (unnecessary F**A)
2) Solo 401(k) missing after-tax + in-plan Roth (mega backdoor)
3) Old IRA blocking the regular backdoor Roth (no reverse rollover)
4) Health insurance + HSA not run through payroll for >2% owners
5) $500 auto-enrollment plan credit (for 3 years) not claimed
6) No cash balance plan despite high savings goals
