Most often, the body doesn’t need fixing.

It just needs permission to move the way it wants to move.

In this moment from our January team practice, Margaret invites natural rhythm back into the spine - circling, swaying, pedaling it out - not to force a stretch, but to listen.

This is how we unwind tension that builds from long hours, stress, and sitting still too long.

Slow movement. Steady breath. A little curiosity & reflection.

Notice how much changes when you let go of “doing it right” and simply move.

What would it feel like to give yourself a moment to pause like this today?

Chair massage + rejuvenated teams = a great workday 💜

We had an amazing time supporting (Legacy Façades) today, and the post-session stats say it all:

⬆️ mood 25% & mental clarity 35%
⬇️ stress 40% & physical discomfort 53%

That’s real change!

Plus, we made a new friend, Louie, the office pup 🐾 Is there anything better?

Thanks for having us, team!

“I just feel more positive about the day after yoga.”

Michelle came to Vibrant Yoga seeking relief: from stress, stiffness, and the wear of a full life.

Through private sessions with Ruth Ann - both virtually and in-home - she found more than just movement, she found a sustainable reset.

“I’ve become more flexible, more aware of old injuries, and I use the breathing practices to better handle stress.”

Each session is personalized to her needs.

The results?

✅ 200% improvement in flexibility
✅ 43% increase in strength
✅ 30% drop in stress
✅ 38% less anxiety
✅ 50% boost in mental well-being

“Having someone guide me, even virtually, makes all the difference. I know I’m doing it right, and I’m not re-injuring myself.”

Michelle’s now moving through life with more strength, more ease, and a clearer mind.

And that’s what we do at Vibrant: help you feel stronger, calmer, and more grounded in your everyday life. 💜

Being present is not about finding the perfect time - it’s about noticing and fully inhabiting the moments that already exist in your daily life.

On my recent trip to Costa Rica, I witnessed the most beautiful sunset and I just had to stop and be with it. I still had quite a walk back to our villa through dark wooden forest once the sun set, but I decided to stay & enjoy this moment.

It’s in the small, ordinary experiences that we often overlook: the warmth of your coffee cup, the sensation of your feet on the floor as you walk, the sound of birds outside your window, or even the pause before responding to a message.

Being present means bringing your full attention to what’s happening right now, rather than letting your mind drift into past regrets or future worries.

This approach reframes everyday life as a series of invitations to awareness.

Even routine activities can become meaningful opportunities to connect with yourself and your surroundings. Presence doesn’t demand perfection, discipline, or hours of practice; it’s about noticing, breathing, and engaging with whatever is in front of you.

By focusing on these micro-moments, we recognize that mindfulness is not an abstract goal but a lived experience.

“I didn’t think I’d like yoga. Now, I love it and I’m so glad we do it.”

Sarah wasn’t chomping at the bit to start yoga, but decided to try it with her husband Jeff who started sessions for his back pain.

But now, her in-home yoga sessions are something she looks forward to, and not just for how her body feels after.

☑️ She feels calmer, steadier, and less achy
☑️ The sessions are tailored to exactly what her body needs
☑️ There's no pressure, no group dynamic - just her, her husband, and a teacher who knows them well
☑️ It’s convenient, it’s consistent, and it fits seamlessly into their lives

“This works for us. And that’s why we’ve stuck with it."

When wellness is personalized and pressure-free, it actually becomes something you enjoy - not just something you “should” do.

You’re keeping your calendar full, but what about your life?

That quote, “*Never get so busy making a living that you forget to make a life”*

is one most people nod at...until they wake up and realize they’ve been surviving on adrenaline and autopilot for months, or years.

Here's what we hear from our clients (and maybe it's true for you too):

👉 “I’m constantly tired but can’t sleep.”

👉 “I *used* to be active, now I’m stiff just sitting at my desk.”

👉 “I know I need to do something, I just don’t have time or energy to start.”

But the reality is you don’t need to overhaul your life - or your team’s - to see meaningful change.

You just need to interrupt the pattern.

Start small:

🧘‍♂️ Book 1 personalized wellness session this month for yourself or your team - yoga, meditation, or personalized wellness education to better equip yourself and others.

📅 Block off 15 minutes in your calendar that’s just for you - no meetings, no screens, just pause.

💡 Ask yourself, “What does living well look like for me right now? What’s one step I can take today to move closer to that?”

No one is coming to create balance for you. You get to claim it.

Start with a breath. Then build from there.

Jeff started yoga for one reason: his back.

It was locking up. He was immobilized. And it was happening more often.

Since starting in-home private yoga with his wife Sarah, that’s drastically changed.

☑️ His chronic back pain has dramatically improved
☑️ He moves better through daily life, and on the golf course
☑️ He’s less stiff, and far less injury-prone
☑️ He’s consistent because it’s something he and his wife do together

He says it best: “I haven’t been immobilized since we started. My back is infinitely better.”

This isn’t studio yoga. This is real-life support - personalized, in-home, and tailored to your needs, your pace, and your lifestyle.

If pain is stopping you from moving the way you want to, this could be the thing that gets you back. 💜

A reminder from our December team practice with Mariela 💜
You don’t need to push.
You don’t need to be anywhere else but here.

This is the kind of practice we come back to again and again - softening into the breath, letting the body expand on the inhale and soften on the exhale.

Simple. Accessible. Regulating.

May this be your permission to slow down today.

Something I don’t think we talk about enough is the emotional labor of being the steady one.

When you’re responsible for others - your team, your clients, your family - there’s this constant, unspoken job of regulation.

Not just your own nervous system, but the room’s. The call’s. The container.

You sense when someone is overwhelmed before they say it out loud.

You choose your tone carefully. You slow your breath so others can borrow it.

And most of the time, no one sees THAT part.

From the outside, it can look like calm leadership, experience, “having it together.”

On the inside, it’s often a choosing not to spill everything you’re carrying because others need you anchored.

This is especially true in wellness, mental health, and entrepreneurship - fields where you’re often expected to be both human *and* resourced at the same time.

Some days, regulation feels nourishing.

Other days, it’s exhausting.

I’m learning that emotional regulation isn’t about suppressing what I feel or being endlessly composed. It’s about tending to myself so I don’t disappear while holding space for others.

If you’re someone who carries a lot for others and feels the quiet toll of that - I see you.

Your steadiness matters. And so does your care.

You don’t have to be infinite to be a good leader.

There’s something powerful about practicing in the place where life actually happens.

Our private, in-home yoga sessions meet you exactly where you are - physically, mentally, and emotionally. No commute. No comparison. Just personalized movement, breath, and support designed around *your* body, schedule, and goals.

We had so much fun making this video 💜

You’ll hear from a couple of our instructors and clients about what 1:1 (and couples) in-home sessions have made possible:

😌 Less pain and tension

😌 More consistency and accountability

😌 A deeper sense of ease, strength, and confidence

😌 Care that adapts as life does

This isn’t about doing more.

It’s about feeling better in your own space, and on your own terms.

If you’re looking at the new year ahead thinking, “I know this would help… I just need it to fit my life,” this is for you.
