MFCS would not be what it is today without the dedicated service of Office Manager Carol Hough. She has served the agency for over thirty years and we celebrated her retirement last week. Congratulation and Thank You, Carol!

The 2023 MFCS Alumni Reunion was a day filled with stories, laughter, memories and friendship. One of the best legacies of the agency is it’s broad impact on the field of MFT through the men and women who have been trained through the internship. Our interns have been working with clients, teaching, and training others to help couples and families around the world. So good to welcome some of them “home” on Friday!

Today we remember former MFCS Board member, Tom Lytton, who died late last week. Tom was an intelligent, passionate person whose leadership on the MFCS Board of Directors was greatly appreciated. We send our condolences to his family and friends and will very much miss our supporter and friend.

MFCS celebrated another year with its 2023 Annual Dinner at TPC Deere Run. Presenter Doug Tschopp shared with us about technology and its affect on the brain (and hopefully everyone slept in a separate room from their devices as a result!). Many thanks to the MFCS Board of Directors, staff and especially the Annual Meeting Committee which planned this event.
