Today, we honor Ann Shulgin on what would have been her birthday 💕

Ann was a profound thinker, teacher, and guide whose legacy continues to ripple through the worlds of psych-del!c healing, inner exploration, and human transformation. Alongside Sasha, she helped shape a deeper conversation around consciousness, therapy, and the courage it takes to truly know ourselves.

Her work invited people not just to explore the mind, but to meet themselves more honestly within it… to face shadow, possibility, mystery, and connection with open eyes.

As we remember Ann today, we celebrate the depth of her wisdom, the tenderness of her presence, and the lasting impact of a life devoted to understanding the vastness within us.

“You contain a universe inside yourself,” she once wrote. “There’s no end to it... There is no limit to what’s inside you. We are very much connected.”

Happy birthday, Ann. Your words, your work, and your spirit continue to guide.
