OnSite Physio is looking for experienced, caring, independent, and committed Physical Therapists seeking an autonomous work environment that supports 1-on-1, hands-on care. Treating a wide variety of acute, chronic, and post-operative orthopedic diagnoses to increase functional independence in ALL aspects of life.
Responsibilities
Identify and meet patients’ goals and needs
Offer cost-effective treatments that help improve motion and mobility
Reduce the need for medications and provide alternatives to surgery
Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques
Create fitness and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients’ specific needs
Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care through proven interventions
Motivate patient during treatment in order to help them function optimally
Promote patients’ healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
Consult and practice with other health professionals
Evaluate effects and monitor and communicate progress
Document patient care services
Skills/Requirements
Proven work experience as a physical therapist
Intensive education and clinical expertise
Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities
Current knowledge of treatment practices
Drive to continually learn and grow
Professional behavior
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Medicare Experience preferred
Medicare Number preferred
Portable therapy equipment (i.e. treatment table, exercise bands, cuff weights, etc...)
Valid license to practice Physical Therapy
Valid Drivers License, Auto Insurance, and Dependable Transportation
Valid Professional Liability Insurance
Pay: $65.00 per hour
