Let’s get one thing clear: You don’t need to earn your food. Not today, not tomorrow, not ever.

Thanksgiving is about culture, connection, and shared memories.
Not about guilt, overthinking your plate, or punishing your body next day.

🥄 You’re allowed to enjoy your favorite foods
🧠 You’re allowed to stop when you’re satisfied
🫶 And you're allowed to honor both your hunger and your health
