Dawn McGee, Nutrition Evangelist I work with HealthPros and consumers with complex health stories to create more healthy habits in their world. Initial engagements start with an 8 week package.

I believe that we all have the right to look good and feel good, no matter how old we are. I teach women how to get off the sidelines and start enjoying their lives, all while eating foods they love. As an IBNFC certified coach, I am constantly looking for ways to bring more innovation and fun to my clients. I have been in the health and wellness industry for over 10 years. I put the fun back into being healthy, working with women who are sick of being on the diet roller coaster and are ready for sustainable results. As a Certified and Licensed Nutrition Coach, I have worked with dozens of women to help them achieve their health goals. Following that, we can work on a month by month basis or longer 6-12 month packages. I can also customize a semi-private group offering, or a workplace wellness package. Gratitude hits different when you’ve learned to slow down enough to feel it.

This year, I’m thankful for:
✨ The people who make ordinary days feel special.
✨ The moments of stillness between all the noise.
✨ The boundaries that keep my peace intact.
✨ And the reminder that joy doesn’t have to be big, it just has to be intentional.

Overwhelmed by all the “stay healthy over the holidays” advice?

Here’s a radical idea:
You don’t need to do it all.
You don’t need to start over in January.
You don’t need to wait for Monday.

You just need to start somewhere and stay kind to yourself along the way.

✔ Move your body a little
✔ Drink water (even between the cocktails)
✔ Eat with joy and intention
✔ Go for a walk instead of diving into seconds
✔ Rest when you can
✔ Say no when you need to

Holiday wellness doesn’t have to be all or nothing.
Start small. Start now. Do what works for you.

Because what I hope for you is always this:
💛 That you live a life you love, without giving up the things that bring you joy.

I believe that we all have the right to look good and feel good, no matter how old we are. I provide nutrition education and coaching to bring your life back into balance. As an IBNFC certified coach, I am constantly looking for partners that can provide my clients the best products and complementary services. My current partnerships include Venice Nutrition, Mark Macdonald, and Jeunesse. I have been in the health and wellness industry for over 10 years. Developing a love for fitness and an interest in nutrition as a snowball effect from a knee injury 25 years ago, I have taught Itsy Bitsy Yoga, strength-trained adults, and coached busy people to learn better eating habits. I bring my passion for a good life as well as nutrition and fitness to all of my client engagements. Initial engagements start with an 8 week package.
