Yesterday, we had the joy of witnessing our culture come alive in the most genuine way at our Care Pro Holiday & Appreciation Event. From the first moments of the morning to the last goodbyes, every interaction reflected the commitment and heart our Team brings to the table. It wasn’t just Sally and I who got to see this. Our entire Team, from those who support our Care Pros with schedules and flexibility to those who handle the day-to-day operations, witnessed something truly special.
It’s clear that the feedback we’ve gathered over the years by truly listening to our Team has helped us create an incredible workplace culture ... one that’s been recognized six out of the last seven years as a Top 10 Workplace in Aging Services. What stood out most was seeing it all unfold in real time: Care Pros feeling valued, and the culture we’ve built from the ground up shining through every interaction.
Being in our 15th year of service, we’re not just proud of the accolades...we’re proud of how our whole Team’s professionalism and dedication have made this culture possible. It’s been a journey of continuous listening and elevating professionalism in our industry, and that’s something that truly came to life at this celebration.
