90-Minute Practice | $15 Per Person

After a day of full plates and full hearts, join us for a special 90-minute Gratitude Flow to refill your cup. Together we’ll rest, digest, and honor the spirit of thankfulness through mindful movement, breath, and reflection.

✨ Teacher Feature: Meet Erin!

Erin’s yoga journey began when she was 24 and about to graduate from the Kansas City Art Institute. What started as a way to slow down became a lifelong practice of purpose and intention.

🌿Through yoga, Erin learned how to trust herself, move through discomfort, and truly enjoy the time spent in her own body and mind — lessons that continue to guide her both on and off the mat.
After completing her 200HR Teacher Training with Lauren Leduc at True Love Yoga in 2022, Erin now shares her love for the practice through classes that are fun, lively, and balanced — inviting both challenge and release in equal measure.
When she’s not teaching, you’ll find her shaping clay in her ceramics studio, tending her garden, or relaxing in a hammock with a good book and her journal.

🌸Join Erin on the mat for Vinyasa Flow 2 every Tuesday at 6PM — and discover the beauty of movement, breath, and presence woven together in her unique way. 💛

✨ “What does yoga mean to you?”
We asked our most recent YTT graduates this question — and their answers are everything. 💛

🧘‍♀️ “Yoga is a lifestyle and a beautiful balance of breath, movement, and principles by which to live, and is incredibly meaningful and important to me. Sharing this amazing practice by modeling as well as teaching is a wonderful way to bring more peace, love, and contentment (santosha) into the world.”

💫 “Yoga is much more than a physical practice. It is a practice of mindfulness, self-awareness, meditation, kindness, and so much more. Yoga is a way to become truly connected to the divine being we were all created to be.”

🌿 “Yoga is a practice that brings me back center, back to me, back to balance. I breathe, I move, I listen, and I reflect.”

Our relationship with yoga evolves — just as we do. The more we learn, the more it unfolds, layer by layer, revealing new depth and meaning each time we step onto the mat.

If you’ve ever felt called to dive deeper into your practice or share it with others, stay tuned — applications for our 2026 200HR Yoga Teacher Training open November 11th! 🌸

We’d love to know: What does yoga mean to you? Drop your reflections in the comments below. ⬇️

Yoga Teacher’s Renewal: Exploring the Back Lines
Open to yoga teachers and YTT students

Take time to reconnect, restore, and renew in this special 2-hour practice created just for yoga teachers. This month’s session will focus on the Back Lines of the myofascial system — the fascial pathways that run from the soles of the feet up the back body to the crown of the head. These lines support posture, movement efficiency, and the ability to stand tall with strength and ease.
Through a thoughtful combination of myofascial release, breathwork, vinyasa flow, and restorative integration, we’ll explore how the back lines influence stability, mobility, and energetic lift. This practice is an opportunity to step out of the teacher role, return to your own mat as a student, and receive nourishment for body and spirit.

What to Expect:
*Guided myofascial release techniques to soften and hydrate the back lines (feet, hamstrings, spinal erectors, suboccipitals)
*A flow sequence designed to balance effort and ease while strengthening the back body
*Restorative postures and body scan to integrate the work.
*Space to connect and share with fellow teachers in community

Beginner Acro Workshop: Basic Poses & Therapeutics
with Savanna & Justin
Saturday, November 22nd | 1:00 – 4:00 PM

Come unwind, stretch, and reconnect in this playful introduction to Acro Yoga! Perfect for beginners, this workshop focuses on building trust, connection, and ease in movement. We’ll begin with grounding partner stretches—more like a conversation than a workout—before moving into foundational acro poses that explore balance, support, and flow.
You’ll practice a gentle sequence of five beginner-friendly poses, and then finish with therapeutic techniques designed to release tension and leave you feeling relaxed and restored.
No partner required—come solo and you’ll be matched up with others to explore in pairs and small groups.
