Our Story
The Goal: Balancing mind, body, emotional, and spiritual energies using the most natural ways. Creating a comfortable space to allow letting go of what is holding you back. Letting go of mental blocks will create more flexibility and ease in your body, as well as allow more enjoyment in your everyday life by having a more flexible open mind. Learning to be in the present moment brings more peace and happiness to your inner being. All of this allows you to be your real, true self in the world.
How: Susan incorporates yoga, meditation, breathing techniques, energy healing, and on occasion crystal singing bowls to create an atmosphere of peace and calm. Sometimes a little humor surfaces as we become more relaxed in our practice and inner selves start shining through.
