Feeling tired and wired?
Let’s float above the end of year rush
and find a soft landing.
And normalise that feeling
If you feel overstretched, teary
or on edge right now…
It's your nervous system simply
carrying a long, full year.
What “tired and wired” can look like:
▸ Busy mind at bedtime
▸ Shallow breathing
▸ Snapping over small things
▸ Hard to switch off, even when you’re exhausted.
So, let's introduce a soft landing.
Instead of pushing yourself
to “power through”…
imagine creating
a soft landing
for your entire body, mind and soul.
By lightly lightening the load
Gently remove one non‑essential thing
from your week.

the relief of “just a little less.”
🎈 do a deep evening exhale😮💨
💡 Dim the lights and take three slow breaths.
🤫 Whisper:
“It’s safe to slow down now.”
✔️ Choose “good enough”
over “perfect.”
You are allowed to arrive
at the end of the year
softened, not spent.
