RECALL NOTICE: All ByHeart Infant formula (all lot numbers, all sizes). CDC is currently investigating a multistate outbreak of infant botulism linked to this formula.

What you should do: stop the use of any ByHeart formulas, record (if possible lot numbers and best by dates), and hold on to any cans that you child has consumed (If your child develops symptoms the health department would want to test it, if your child does not develop symptoms after 1 mo you can discard)

SEEK IMMEDIATE MEDICAL CARE if your child develops any of the following: poor feeding, loss of head control, difficulty swallowing and/or decreased facial expression.
