Seeing a friend while slogging through a race is priceless. When they’re the official race photographer, it makes it extra cool.

This past weekend was my big training push for my upcoming 100 miler. Marathon Saturday followed by a 50k Sunday. Went pretty well if I say so myself. 😉🏃🏻‍♀️

It’s been a minute since I mentioned the vibeoacoustic sound table. I had a break at the office and floated my mind away for a badly needed decompress. It was a long long day of work and fun at the Coastal Trail Runs Crystal Springs Trail race. LJust a preview. Let me post after I catch up on more sleep, walk the dog, go to work, meet a friend for a run, and eat somewhere in the middle of it all. Movement is life. ❤️❤️🔥 Thank you for helping hydrate these runners on a incredibly hot California day. It was appreciated.

As someone who takes herbal formulas all the time but didn’t actually grow up with Chinese Medicine herbal cooking, I’m really excited to dig into Zoey Xinyi Gong‘s book. Looking forward to finally incorporating these medicinal foods into my diet and not just through capsules.

Perfect volunteer and runner weather yesterday at the SPASM Acupuncture Lake Chabot Trail Run! Ziva did great at her first volunteer gig and looks forward to supporting at more events.
