Home Workout Motivation via 👸🏾

Workout Details:
1️⃣ Crunch to press to tricep extension
2️⃣ Hip thrust to tricep extension
3️⃣ Hip extension to seated row
4️⃣ Walk out into pike
Each exercise should be performed for 45 secs with a 1 minute rest after all 4 exercises have been executed.
5 sets and be done in 20 minutes .
