My story
Hi, I'm Erin.
I’m a Health and Empowerment Coach. I support women reconnect to themselves, embrace the good things in their lives, celebrate the beauty within themselves to live a vibrant, happy, and healthy life.
I have overcome first-hand experiences with depression, addiction, weight, and body image issues, including having a lack of self-love. My true journey of loving myself and reconnecting to myself was in 2008 when I quit drinking and using drugs. Through this process of learning how to feel my emotions, love myself, and accept myself, I found a deep appreciation for what women battle within their day to day lives around their truth.
I am honored to share practices and tools for women to honor and trust themselves, be healthy mind, body, spirit, and emotionally, so they can live and love themselves fully.
