We made it through the first week of Daylight Saving Time! 😅 If the darker evenings and early yawns hit harder than expected, you’re not alone. Sudden shifts can throw off your circadian rhythm, energy levels, and even your mood.
Try these simple resets:
• Get morning sunlight
• Limit screens before bed
• Keep a consistent bedtime
• Cut off caffeine 6 hours before sleep
• Add short movement breaks
Your body will adjust… eventually. 😉
