Spectrum Center School of Massage Spectrum Center School of Massage offeres a massage training program for those preparing to obtain a Washington State license.

For more than 42 years, we have instilled in our students in Lake Stevens and surrounding areas, confidence, competence, and professionalism. Spectrum has a 100% pass rate from The Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards (FSMTB).
