Every time you ask Santa for the perfect man, the elves panic and immediately try to kidnap our resident therapy dog, Pugsley...

This is the gentleman they keep trying to send you:
👓 10 years old.
💤 Wearing festive pajamas like it’s a lifestyle choice.
🥵 Posted up on a heating pad for his senior bones.
🐶 Communicates exclusively through dramatic huffs.
❤️ Will absolutely accept cuddles...and then guilt you into feeding him human food.

The residents are obsessed.
Pugsley is thriving.
The elves are confused.

Please stop sending mixed signals. The North Pole clearly has enough going on.

A huge thank you to the talented members of the Lincoln High School Chamber Orchestra! 🎻✨

These amazing students gave up part of their Tuesday evening to share beautiful music with the residents at Cranberry Court Assisted Living. While enjoying bubble pizza and cookies, our residents were treated to a performance that warmed hearts and filled the room with joy. 💕

🎉 CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR NOVEMBER CAPTAIN OF THE CHAOS CREW — ASHLEY JOHNSON!🎉

We are thrilled to recognize Ashley Johnson, one of our amazing Med Techs, as last month’s Captain of the Chaos Crew! Although she’s only been part of the Cranberry Court family for about three months, Ashley has made an incredible impact on our team and residents.

Ashley’s favorite part of working at Cranberry Court is being part of a big family — and she truly lives that out every day. Her chosen CAPLICO value is Passion for Learning, and in her short time here, she has embraced every opportunity to grow, learn, and support those around her.

🎉 OCTOBER CAPTAIN OF THE CHAOS CREW – LILY MICKOLESKI! 🎉

Join us in celebrating Lily Mickoleski, our October Captain of the Chaos Crew! Lily has been a valued part of the Cranberry Court family for about eight months and serves as a dedicated Caregiver/Med Tech.

Lily has been helping others since she was just 15, after learning how much support local facilities needed. Her passion for caregiving has only grown since — and it shows in everything she does.

Her favorite thing about Cranberry Court?
💙 “The family-like environment, the silly people I work with, and seeing how much everyone here truly cares.”

Lily’s chosen CAPLICO value is Love One Another, because she believes it’s the heart of what makes our community thrive. Even on tough days, she brings her full heart and love to every resident she serves.

🎉 SEPTEMBER CAPTAIN OF THE CHAOS CREW – MICHELLE BLOEDE! 🎉

Please help us celebrate Michelle Bloede, our September Captain of the Chaos Crew! Michelle is a dedicated Lead Med Tech/Caregiver who first joined Cranberry Court in the spring of 2024, though she’s been part of the company since 2021.

Michelle’s caregiving journey is extra special — she was inspired by Erin to choose senior care over medical school, where she had originally planned to become a surgeon. That medical knowledge, paired with her heart for helping others, has shaped her into the skilled and compassionate caregiver she is today.

What Michelle loves most about working at Cranberry Court is the privilege of shaping residents' final memories, feelings, and quality of life when they need support the most. 💙

Her favorite CAPLICO value is Passion for Learning, and she lives it fully — always seeking new skills, new training, and opportunities to teach others the tricks she’s learned along the way.

✨ Fun fact: Michelle has a deep passion for helping others and often puts the needs of residents, coworkers, friends, and family before her own — even when the effort goes unseen.

Jordin was inspired to join senior living after watching her mom thrive in this career — and it shows. She pours heart, dedication, and compassion into everything she does. Her favorite part of working at Cranberry Court? 💙 “Coworkers become friends and residents become family.”

Help us celebrate Leighanne Schelvan, our July Captain of the Chaos Crew! Leighanne has been part of the Cranberry Court family for nearly eight months, serving as a dedicated CNA/Med Tech.

Leighanne was inspired to enter healthcare after caring for her mother during hospice 13 years ago. That experience sparked her passion for compassion, dignity, and meaningful connection — qualities she brings to our residents every single day.

Her favorite part of working at Cranberry Court?
💙 “It feels like a second home — a true work family.”

She loves helping create a warm, comfortable environment where residents feel safe and cared for.

Leighanne’s chosen CAPLICO value is Ownership, and she lives it daily by taking initiative, solving problems, and contributing to the success of the community with empathy, compassion, and even a little humor.

✨ Fun fact: When she hears a call light or chair alarm, she instantly feels like Superwoman ready to fly to the rescue — cape and all!
