Where you see šŸ’©, I see šŸ’Ž

Those gems lead you to a motherhood experience that feels nourishing, fun, calm, and purposeful.

I’m compassionate, yes.

I’ve heard from so many people in my life that just being around me is calming and healing.

That my energy is a breath of fresh air.

A ray of sunshine!

These things are true.

And I also just have this ability to look at undesirable situations and see the path to the solutions.

Know that you don’t need to feel stuck anymore.

Overwhelm and struggle don’t need to be your default state.

You can get to a point where you aren’t feeling triggered by your kids and your spouse and your mental load all the time.

Where the mom guilt voice isn’t continuously nagging in the back of your mind.

It can get easier.

And it will take work to get there.

I’m ready to work with you.

Are you ready to take care of yourself?

I have two offers for you right now, starting at $200:

Next Aligned Step, a two-hour tarot reading and mindfulness coaching session to give you insight into where you are headed and tools to support you in healing.

Nourished and Nurtured 2-month program to guide you in changing your motherhood story from one of stress and overwhelm to presence and enjoyment.

Just drop an emoji below and I’ll PM you for a short chat to see if one of these programs is a good fit for you!

Do you celebrate when you hit your big goals, right?

What about the journey on the way?

The micro goals?

The process?

I’ve sucked at that in the past and been so hyper focused on the end result that I forgot to acknowledge myself for all that I’ve done.

I was reminded of that this week in the 90 day mastermind I’m a part of (thankfully šŸ™šŸ¼)

What am I celebrating?

Showing up for myself daily.

Pushing myself outside of my comfort zone daily.

Showing up in leadership as never before.

Meditating daily.

Exercising 5 days a week (my body feels amazing!)

To celebrate myself I’m buying a new outfit 😃

My wardrobe right now is seriously lacking, so this’ll be fun!

You feel powerless,

Not because you are not powerful

But because you have willingly turned away from and ignored your innate powers.

Open your being to the magic that you are.

Remember who you are.

Remember why you are here.

There is so much more to this life than meets the physical eye.

Four years ago I decided I was done working for outside of my home.

I’ve always hated HAVING to leave my home to go to work. If I’m going to leave my sanctuary, it needs to be to do something that I actually want to do.

I was telling my friend this yesterday and as I said it out loud, I got self conscious. So I called out that feeling aloud - I didn’t like the way that made me sound.

But he totally understood and knew where I was coming from.

Ever since the shut down, he has been working remotely for the first time and loves it. It has given him the freedom he didn’t know he desired.

That’s what this is all about - the freedom to choose.

Time freedom, deciding how you spend your time, is just so important in this life.

You might have heard me say before that time is a collective illusion that we’re choosing to believe in, which is true.

But it’s also precious.

The time I have to spend with me family is precious.

The time I have to pursue my interests and passions is precious.

The time I take to just BE is precious.

Do you feel like you have time freedom?

Is that something you desire?

Do you feel it?

That push from Spirit to move.

That now is the time.

Not tomorrow,

Not when you’re ā€œreadyā€, but now.

That you are here for a reason.

That you are here, now, for a specific purpose.

What are you doing about it?

Where you are being pulled?

What are you being called to do?

Who are you being called to be?

Here’s where I’ll be moving next week šŸ‘‡šŸ¼šŸ‘‡šŸ¼šŸ‘‡šŸ¼

Recently, I joined a Facebook group and one of the questions I was asked before I joined was:

What is your all-time favorite book on spirituality?

This was a hard one for me to answer because I’ve received value from so many sources over the years. My mind seemed to go blank.

I almost didn’t answer but I really wanted to be in that space so I started browsing the books on my bookshelf for inspiration.

One in particular caught my eye - Being Peace by Thich Nhat Hanh.

I’ve read that book cover to cover too many times to count. This short and simple book has had a profound effect in my life.

I am a pacifist.

Pacifist: A person who believes war and violence are unjustifiable.

I’ve never understood war and violence. It never made sense to me that people could believe they are creating peace through war and violence.

I’ve wrestled with being vocal about this throughout my life, especially when the whole ā€œsupport the troopsā€ rhetoric was seen and heard almost daily because I didn’t want to be misunderstood or seen as insensitive.

As one who accepts all beings for who they are, I support troops by supporting their decision to fight. When someone willingly engages in violence because they believe it is the only way to create their desired outcome, I support their right to choose that.

I’ve been thinking about this and having discussions around it recently because of the violence that has spurred and evolved from the Black Lives Matter movement.

Here’s where I’ve landed:

I can support your right to choose how to engage in this world, and also believe that violence does not beget peace.

I can support your right to choose how to engage in this world, and also believe that hate does not beget love.

We are all creating our reality by making choices moment by moment.

I do not express my belief in pacifism by shaming or making ā€œthe otherā€ wrong or bad. More and more, I’m detaching myself from the whole paradigm of good/bad, right/wrong because I see how much it divides us...but that’s a whole other discussion.

When broken down etymologically (which is my new favorite way to study words), pacifist means ā€œpeacemakerā€.

I loved the guidance within learning the origin of this word.

I am not here to fight against war and violence.

I am here to embody peace and anchor love into my being.

It’s ALWAYS an inside job.
