We accept all patients, whether they're insured, underinsured or uninsured. All of our services are available on a sliding fee scale base on income and household size. To be eligible for discounted fees, we ask that you bring in proof of income to determine your level of discount. We can help you apply for our sliding fee scale, find out about signing up insurance through the Health Insurance Marketplace or help you enroll in Medicare or Medicaid.
