An amazingly healthy lunch! It’s got it all! Good fats, protein, soluble and insoluble fiber and minimal carbs! Only 455 calories (not that I really count calories, but some folks do). Low glycemic load (I do count that!) and sooo good for you! Here you go gut buddies, enjoy!

This is not an easy holiday season for many of us and I caught myself just this morning focusing on those I have lost instead of the beautiful memories and on those still in my life. I want to be present and filled with gratitude in every moment. I wish you a happy thanksgiving!

I just completed another MLD Certification program and I am very excited to be able to help both my existing clients and new clients who are in maintenance for their lymphedema. Not only is manual lymphatic drainage (MLD, or lymphatic massage) good for lymphedema, but it also supports recovery and pain management from migraines, sinus headaches, tinnitus, a sprain, whiplash, hematoma, post-surgical edema, cancer treatments, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, scleroderma, and many other autoimmune conditions. MLD creates a healthy environment for our cells to thrive!

Crystal has been a massage therapist since 2013 and specializes in integrative therapeutic massage. She is available Tuesdays through Fridays. Many of you know and some of you do not. My mom went to be with Jesus on February 4th. We had her memorial service this past Saturday. Please be patient with us as we work to reschedule clients we have had to cancel over these past few months. She was in and out of hospitals and spent the last four weeks of her life in hospice. We chose to be at her side as much as we could. Thank you for your support and prayers.
