Not sure whom this is for, but I thought I’d share. The collective energy is nervous and heightened (at some levels rightfully so), but this song always sets me straight on what’s real.

We did our part and voted and now wait for the determination. In the midst, I had to calm my spirit and realize that I’ve never been in a position where it was more than I could bear. And the feeling of being uncomfortable tells me I’m not meant to stay in it; therefore, I won’t.

Whatever the outcome, hold on to your joy, peace, and strength. It’s YOURS, and you can create as much of it as you want. Truly believing that we are prepared for all of the gifts and challenges that we receive even if we don’t know what’s coming.

There are so many times we miss out on speaking life into our negative situations. So many times when , , , , , , , , etc. come into our space and knock us off our game. Where is your voice in those moments? Do you you allow yourself to be attacked, or do you speak and cause your mountains to move? If you believe in manifestation and the butterfly effect, then believe that the light of your spirit and the vibration of your voice can clear your space of negative energy. You are the original sage. Use what you were given to produce light and move into your greater self. Speak life into you!!

PATIENCE • PERSEVERANCE // 🙏🏾

Some moments require you to kick it into high gear, and that requires you to rest and conserve energy to take off when needed. The lesson of balancing rest and run is a recurrent one in this part of my journey. Learning to keep my thoughts still and focused so my body follows suit and can accomplish all of the great things I’m meant to do. Listen to your body, mind, and spirit for your next moves. What belongs to you will come to you if you stay focused and keep your energy moving in the right direction. Be patient and persevere.
