NAMI Central Oregon has two free mental health support groups meeting today. Come join us. It's OK to ask for support and share in our confidential groups.

These are free, peer-led support group for adults 18 and older living with mental health challenges. No diagnosis required.

We'd love to grow NAMI's Spanish-speaking community in Central Oregon. To help, we’ve been releasing some of our local "In Our Own Voice" personal stories in Spanish, so our Spanish speaking community can hear their stories in their native language.

NAMI in partnership with the Department of Veterans Affairs, is offering the NAMI Homefront Education Program free of charge to participants.

NAMI Homefront is a free, six-session class for families, caregivers and friends of military service members and veterans.

Starts tonight! Our local free S2LGBTQIA Peer Mental Health Support Group is expanding to meeting in person! The group will meet at 6 pm almadoradabend, 180 NW Oregon Ave, Bend, OR 97703 on the 2nd & 4th Tuesdays each month.

Almadorada is a safe space for the LGBTQ+ community and minority groups. The coffee shop will be closed to the general public during our group to maintain privacy of group members.

Moving forward, we'll alternate weekly between online and in person group gatherings.

-1st & 3rd Tuesdays | 6 pm – Meets Online via Zoom
-2nd & 4th Tuesdays | 6 pm – Meets In Person at Almadorada Coffee Shop, 180 NW Oregon Ave, Bend, OR 97703.
