Monroe Community Hospital is one of the largest and oldest skilled nursing facilities in the country.

We are committed to providing quality long-term and rehabilitation care to individuals with complex and chronic health conditions. MCH has grown to become one of the largest and most comprehensive skilled nursing facilities in New York State, providing quality long-term care to more than 566 individuals with complex or chronic health conditions. We are home to residents of all ages, from infants a

s young as eight weeks to adults more than one hundred years old. Approximately one quarter of our residents are under the age of 65. In addition, Monroe Community Hospital is the only facility in the region which provides long-term care for children.

MCH is now hiring experienced CNAs and offering a paid 7-week training program starting May 27, July 8, and August 19.

Starting pay is $18.85/hour during training and $21.62/hour after certification, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
