The lymphatic system is one of the body’s primary detox pathways, acting as the drainage system to remove waste from all the tissues of the body.

When lymph is not flowing freely, the results can include lowered immunity, inflammation, headaches, difficulty losing weight, low energy, and lack of concentration.

At Surya, all of our treatments include Abhygana which moves lymph and decreases inflammation. In between treatments, keep your lymphatic system healthy by dry brushing daily and drinking plenty of water.
