Barmann Fitness I am a Personal Trainer and Health Coach in the Los Angeles area. Together we will shape you into the best version of yourself you can be!

I have been a dedicated athlete for most of my life. A year-round competitive swimmer for thirteen years, I was an NCAA Division I collegiate distance swimmer for the UCSB Gauchos, and competed to qualify for the 2012 and 2016 USA Olympic Trials. I have a Bachelor's in Sociology, with certifications in Personal Training, Group Fitness, Health and Wellness, and Sports Management. I am now retired from competitive swimming, and I want to share my knowledge and experience with YOU! I love fitness, and more importantly, helping others achieve their fitness and wellness goals. As your certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach, I will help you get fit, stay fit, and live the healthy and happy lifestyle you are seeking. From personal training, meal plans, to lifestyle tips and more, together we will shape you into the best version of yourself you can be!

Today is Day 12 of my with and I feel amazing! So much more energy than I had 2 weeks ago. Yesterday I took a rest day because that’s what my body was telling me I needed. Remember recovery is vital to letting your body repair itself so you can reach your goals.

Go out and do something! If you have a goal you’re trying to reach...just do something. Even if you feel that something is wrong or won’t help you. Do it anyway. Don’t just sit there and wait for someone to hand you what you want. Only you can get what you want. Sitting there dreaming of the perfect scenario doesn’t get you anywhere. Light that fire inside you and do something. It is okay to fail! Failure is how we learn

Using the routine excuse of not enough time⏰? You have 15-20 minutes in your day that can be spent more productively! I'll even make it easy for you! Here's a quick 15 minute workout I do when I have a busy day.
