In his own words:
The person on the left is me in January. To my amazement, the person on the right is also me in September. These pictures are taken almost exactly 9 months apart. I was sick of how I looked physically. I had a gut, my muscles had lost all tone, and I was eating like complete crap. So I decided to make a change.
I was that annoying dude who crowded up your gym in January. But I looked around at everyone in the gym and made a promise to myself. I wasn’t gonna stop after a few weeks cause life or work got in the way. And I now stand before you 15 pounds lighter, eating much better (notice I didn’t say less 🤤😂) and happier than I’ve been since I played football in college. And I owe it all to for pushing me every day and checking up on me to make sure I’m on track. Spring of 2020 is the goal!
