Good morning everyone! It looks like the rain is going to hold off until the afternoon so we’ll see you all at Lincoln Park in Tremont (or Facebook Live). Please remember to practice social distancing guidelines!

Looking forward to connecting and flowing tomorrow AM!!

Our FREE community yoga class is TOMORROW, Saturday, at Lincoln Park in Tremont from 10 - 11 am! ZEN maker Ariel Jordan will be leading the class - Ariel is a trauma-conscious instructor who teaches with ZENworks Yoga and throughout the Cleveland community.

We will also be streaming via Facebook Live, rain or shine! (Inclement weather may force us to cancel the outdoor class, and host virtually instead. Please check our social media pages for updates.)

All levels welcome; please bring a mat or towel.
