Congratulations Hailey!! We wish you the very best in the new chapter of your life. You have made a tremendous impact in all of our lives and you will be greatly missed. Most importantly, the “eye-roll” Thank you for giving us the Hailey Prunty “Eye-Roll.” We will never have someone who can out “eye-roll”you. No one has the ability to beam an eye-roll through seven walls of concrete like you can. Powerful enough to sometimes change my decisions even though you are 2k feet away. And lastly, we will be issuing a clinic wide mandate in all of our clinics that all staff and patients must wear fuzzy slippers while in all clinics from now on. No one will be allowed in the offices without them. It’s called the “Hailey P Slipper Act of 2022.” On a serious note, thank you for putting your heart and soul into our practice for all these years. We love you!

56 yr old male with foot drop a sequestered disc seen here. Typically a sequestered disc is contraindicated with NDR, however we decided to bring in (NDR) Nonsurgical Disc Restoration along with Hakomed and Laser therapy and get this guy better. After a few short weeks foot drop is markedly improving.

Pain Management Technology:
Hako-Med (Horizontal Frequency Modulation)

Do you suffer from neck or back pain, arthritis pain, peripheral neuropathy pain?

Dr Dunsky is one of the first practitioners in Massachusetts to utilize this revolutionary technology to help patients significantly reduce or eliminate pain from a variety of conditions.

Hako-Med Horizontal Frequency Modulation is one of the fastest ways to eliminate pain or significantly reduce pain without drugs or injections. It is also one of the best modalities to rehabilitate peripheral nerves from causes like diabetes, chemotherapy, nerve compression / stenosis, etc.

Dr Dunsky says, "One of the biggest differences between Hako-Med from most of the other widely used electrotherapy is that the Hako-Med is able to produce a Middle Frequency. In this case, the ability to produce 4000 to 20,000 hertz. The everyday TENS unit produces up to 200 hertz. TENS units have benefit of course but are limited. Because the Hako-Med uses Middle Frequencies, which are frequencies in the thousands, these frequencies start to burn off a chemical called cAMP (cyclic adenosine monophosphate), which is a modulator for pain. If used correctly, the Hako-Med can be just as effective as steroid injections to relieve inflammation and just as effective as a lidocaine patches for relieving pain."

Peripheral Neuropathy - Are you suffering?

Although diabetic neuropathy is one of the leading types of neuropathy, we see may cases that arise from the following:
Chronic kidney problems.
An under active thyroid.
Chemotherapy.
Certain medications.
Heavy consumption of alcohol over time.
Malnutrition or vitamin deficiency, particularly B12.
Chronic liver infections associated with HIV.
Poor blood circulation, especially into the lower extremities.
