My wish for you is you find peace, and know that every version of you is worthy of love.

You are going to see a lot of posts about making goals (which is great!), reflecting, and reviews of accomplishments. If you feel this year was survival for you, that is okay. You are here, and that is an accomplishment. It’s okay that some years are quiet. It’s okay that some years are survival. It’s okay that some years are primarily filled with grief. It does not mean better days are not ahead, it just means that things were hard, and that is real.

My wish for you is you feel what is real for you- and hold the good and bad in both hands. You can be grieving and hopeful. You can feel stagnant but have a dream. You may have had a difficult year, AND the best days of your life are still ahead of you. Both can be true.

Wishing you a year of balance, your own truth, honoring yourself, and loving every version of you that got you here 🌟

The pressure the weekend before a big holiday can feel intense, but remember- your health is your greatest wealth. Taking care of yourself will allow you to be more present for your loved ones- and that is what they want- time with you! Our time is the greatest gift we can give to those we love. May You Find Peace Counseling & Wellness is excited to highlight the work of Rachel Naumann, MS, CNS, RND- Certified Dietitian Nutritionist!

Rachel supports individuals in improving energy, digestion, stress resilience, and overall well-being. She works with clients navigating digestive concerns, metabolic or hormonal imbalances, mental health challenges, and disruptions in appetite or eating, helping them build a sustainable, nourishing relationship with food.

Rachel works with clients of all ages, from adolescents to older adults, providing individualized care across mental health, metabolic and hormonal imbalances, autonomic disorders, and digestive issues. She understands how deeply food, emotions, and the nervous system are connected and partners with clients to create supportive routines, increase body trust, and cultivate a more joyful and intuitive approach to eating. Rachel works with polyvagal theory, with the knowledge that trauma affects the body and digestive system, and a gentle approach is always best for healing.

Paige uses CBT, play therapy, and solution focused theory to help clients ages 10+ who are experiencing chronic pain, grief, PTSD, school related concerns, parenting stress, anxiety, depression, OCD, and self esteem concerns.

Paige is engaging and warm, and thrives on helping clients developing coping strategies that work for them, to help them create meaningful change in their lives. She believes that therapy is a space for growth, connection, and self discovery- and is committed to helping clients build lives that feel more authentic, grounded, and hopeful. 🌟
