What an amazing group of humans (and goats)! There is something so special about watching people relax, laugh, stretch, and connect while a few mischievous little goats wander around making everything just a little more joyful.

Your support means so much, and every class like this helps us continue building a fun, welcoming community here at the studio. Whether you came for the yoga, the goats, the laughs, or all three—we are so grateful you spent your time with us.

I am incredibly excited to announce that Visconti Healing will be offering a 300-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training, officially approved by Yoga Alliance!

This training is designed for certified yoga teachers who feel called to deepen their knowledge, expand their teaching skills, and step more fully into their role as a guide and leader.

🧘‍♀️ 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training📍 Hosted at Visconti Healing📅 Start Date: July 25, 2026📅 End Date: March 7, 2027

Throughout this journey we will explore:• Advanced asana and intelligent sequencing• Deeper anatomy and body mechanics• Yoga philosophy and the roots of the practice• Meditation, and subtle body work• Teaching methodology and finding your authentic voice• Accessibility• Personal growth and transformation

Because this is our very first 300-hour training, a special founding group tuition rate will be available for this first group ONLY. This group will help shape the future of this program and will always be recognized as the founding graduates of Visconti Healing’s advanced training.

Unpopular opinion… 👇

You should NOT wait until you’re flexible to start yoga.

That’s like saying you’ll start going to the gym once you’re already strong.

One of the most common things I hear is:
“I can’t do yoga… I’m not flexible.”

But the truth is, most people who start yoga come in with:
• tight hips
• stiff backs
• sore shoulders
• stress they’re carrying in their bodies

Yoga isn’t for flexible people.

Yoga is for people who want to feel better in their bodies.

So I’m curious…

What’s the #1 reason you’ve avoided trying yoga before?

Feeling intimidated?

🔋 Recharge Your Battery 🔋

If you’ve been running on fumes lately…
Snapping quicker.
Sleeping lighter.
Feeling tight in your body and heavy in your mind.

That’s not a personality flaw.
That’s a drained battery.

Yoga is where you plug back in.

It’s where your nervous system gets to exhale.
Where your shoulders drop away from your ears.
Where your breath gets deeper than the stress you’ve been carrying.

You don’t have to be flexible.
You don’t have to be calm.
You don’t have to “be good at yoga.”

You just have to show up.

An hour on your mat can shift your entire week.
Because when you recharge yourself, everything else works better — your patience, your focus, your strength, your joy.
