Our Story

I left a job that I loved for 25 years because of severe back, neck and shoulder pain and sciatica. I had (and still have) herniated discs, degenerative disc disease, osteoarthritis, spondylolisthesis and spinal stenosis. As a 51 year old lifelong athlete and former sponsored mountaineer... I could barely move. I was on multiple medications, attended endless therapist and doctor visits, had steroid injections and was recommended potentially disabling spinal fusion surgery. (I was also whining and complaining to anyone who would listen resulting in the woman I loved walking out the door forever). 💔

The kicker was... I was a successful spine doctor myself! 😰Although I had helped many thousands of patients including dozens of world class and professional athletes in my own chiropractic clinic I couldn’t heal myself. I was a mess physically and mentally until exhaustive research led me to a huge realization which changed everything for me… nearly overnight. 😊

I learned that, like nearly all doctors and patients, I had been “blaming the back for back pain” when the real culprit was the neurocore (The brain and it’s pathways). I realized I had magnified and perpetuated my own back problems precisely because I was unaware of the true cause. 🧠

In misery, I studied researchers in natural back pain solutions many of whom were ignored and some even ridiculed. I added years of research and insights. The long and short of it is that nowadays I am happy, healthy, active, energetic and my back rocks!! As a result I decided to share my secrets and insights with others who may be in the same boat (or love someone who is).
