Our Story

Elderwood provides skilled nursing and long-term care, assisted and independent living services,specialized subacute and rehabilitation care, cardiac care, cardiac telemetry services, memory care, outpatient rehabilitation and adult medical day services through nearly 30 facilities located across New York, Pennsylvania and Rhode Island.

We are known locally and nationally for providing the highest quality of care to thousands of residents and patients each year. Many of our facilities are 5-star Medicare.gov rated, recipients of the Quality Award from the American Health Care Association and the National Centers for Assisted Living, and U.S. News and World Report rated “Best Nursing Home.”

Elderwood is a strong, growing company and we are continually seeking new ways to provide care. Our customer satisfaction levels are consistently about national averages validating our efforts to continually challenge ourselves. We are one of the largest employers in Western New York, employing nearly 5,000 individuals in total. We are dedicated to deliver on our promise of quality.
