Elpizo Counselling Services We provide mental health counselling for abuse, trauma, anger, panic, anxiety, depression, stress, domestic violence and relationship issues.

Elpizo is a Greek word meaning hope. Our vision is that everyone who experiences our clinical approach and our unconditional support will have just that…HOPE! At Elpizo, counseling is not simply about overcoming an emotional crisis, but also for those who want to check their ‘blind spots.’ When driving, fatal accidents are prevented when you check your blind spot. Similarly emotional or psychological issues can be prevented when life’s blind spots are checked. Have you checked your blind spot lately? Our practice is integrative, flexible and tailored to the individual needs of each unique client. We offer:
