We are having a diaper drive! Help us donate diapers to those in need in our neighborhood.

We will be collecting NEW diaper packages for the next 2 weeks! Bring them with you to your next appointment.

As a prenatal and pediatric office, we want to show our love to local moms who may not be able to get new diapers for their children as easily! Diapers can be so expensive, which is why hosting this drive is so important to help our community. Our neighbors are our village! We are here to help!

Movement quality matters - A LOT.

Athletes are heading into the spring season, us adults are about to start New Year’s resolutions, and if we don’t have a good base of movement quality we could be in for a bumpy ride of pain and frustration.

We don’t talk nearly enough about postpartum, the care that needs to be given, or how to plan for it.

Once you are postpartum, you are always postpartum. Taking care of yourself immediately after giving birth is essential and this is can be a very helpful way to support your healing process.
