2026 isn’t about trying harder…. it’s about doing this differently.

Every January starts the same.

✅ New goals.
✅ Fresh motivation.
✅ Big promises to yourself.

And yet… by spring, most women are right back where they started.

Not because they’re lazy. Not because they don’t care.

It’s because they’re trying to figure it out alone… again.

Most of the women over 40 that I talk to are already doing something.

Working out when they can.

Eating “pretty well” during the week.

Then winging it on weekends and starting over Monday.

Over time, the frustration builds.

❌The clothes don’t fit the way they want.
❌Confidence slips.
❌They start avoiding photos, mirrors, even social events.

And here’s the truth…

It’s not a lack of effort.
It’s doing a bunch of random things without a real plan or support.

That’s exactly where Danielle was.

The truth is… information overload and paralysis by analysis is actually stopping your results...

Go ahead and type in “weight loss” in google.

What do you find?

About 2 BILLION results on the subject.

So if there’s so much information about weight loss, why are so many people struggling?

Well for one you will realize all kinds of conflicting theories and info.

High fat vs low fat. High intensity vs low intensity. Count calories vs. don’t count calories, and so on.

It’s just babble after a while.

So if someone is feeling overloaded, what happens?

Most likely they’ll shut down completely and not do anything.

You see, this is as much a mental game as it is a physical one.

The most successful people aren’t information junkies.

They simply get their hands on an actual plan that’s tailored for them.

That’s it. Not rocket science.

But if you get just one proven plan…

There’s no more guesswork. No more confusion. No more trying to Frankenstein a bunch of pieces together.

So here’s my one suggestion…

hit a turning point with her health…

In 2021, she was at a low point physically and a high point on the scale 😞

That’s when she dove into learning about calorie deficits, macros, and movement… and found a deep love for hiking 💪

Through sheer determination, she lost an incredible 143 pounds.

But life has a way of shifting priorities. Over time, old habits crept back in. After quitting smoking, the weight returned faster than she expected… nearly 40 pounds found its way back.

She kept telling herself she’d figure it out on her own.

But nothing was sticking…

That’s when she reached out and committed to the program, and started working closely with our Sustainable Nutrition System.

16 weeks in, she dropped 19.2 pounds 🙌

But the scale isn’t the biggest win.

✅ Her energy is up
✅ She’s sleeping better
✅ Her clothes are fitting differently
✅ Most importantly, this feels sustainable.

She’s working full time, finished graduate school, and still shows up for her family… without fitness taking over her life.

What’s made the biggest difference is accountability. Knowing her coach is checking in, guiding her, and keeping her consistent has changed everything.

This isn’t about perfection or extremes.

Are you going to take a risk to make your resolutions a reality in 2026?

Most people take the risk then give up by March 1st 😔

What separates those who make their resolution a reality 🆚 those who quit?

Well I can tell you training 1000’s of clients with weight loss, toning and strength goals…

There are 3 MAJOR differences between those who make their dreams a reality and those who don’t 👇

✅ The people who make it, are willing to accept they need to make a change.

❌ Those who don’t, have a belief that they know what to do already…they just haven’t started - YET. 🤦‍♂️

✅ Second, those that make it are willing to sacrifice money, time and unnecessary activities/toxic relationships (food, boy/girlfriends, friends).

❌ Those that don’t, set a limit to what they’re willing to do. “I’ll do whatever it takes!…Well except (insert excuse here)”.

✅ Most importantly is that those who achieve their goal, make it known that they have a goal and they are going to make it happen.

It’s not as easy to give up when you have people holding you accountable!

❌ The people that don’t reach their new year goal, keep it a secret.

Why? “If no one knows about what I really want than only I will know that I fell short”

On the contrary, if you had a SUCCESSFUL 2025, keep that up 🚀

BUT if you’re someone who knows you didn’t make yourself a priority in 2025 but know you deserve it…

This is your time to draw a line in the sand, step over it and say “ENOUGH IS ENOUGH - I deserve better than this”.

Ignoring your own needs while putting everything and everyone else first will only make it harder down the road.

Let’s start this year off with confidence right now!

Why you have the SAME New Year Resolution as you did last year? (And how to fix it)👇

….It usually doesn’t start with wanting to lose weight…

It starts with little moments you try not to think about.

You hesitate before sitting down for a photo.

You shift in your chair because crossing your legs isn’t comfortable anymore.

You avoid bending over to paint your toenails… because your stomach is in the way.

Then you notice it’s not just physical…

You’re thinking about your body all the time, and it’s mentally exhausting.

That’s when the real problem becomes clear.

🙅‍♀️You’re tired of feeling uncomfortable in your own body…

You’ve been working hard doing random workout tapes, boring diets that your famioy won’t eat, and taking random advice from influencers you follow hoping something would finally stick.

It feels like nothing will work. But that’s where you’re wrong…

It will work, but will it work for you?

The fact is especially as we age and our hormones change, responsibilities stack up, and stress is a constant: cookie-cutter plans and what worked in your 20s isn’t working the same as it use to.

Thank you for all of the happy birthday wishes!

I turned 34 today. It’s a bit disappointing to be honest…

Turns out won’t receive my AARP card benefits for a few more years 🤷‍♂️

But I’m a patient man lol.

Seriously though, it’s been a heck of a week catching up and spending some quality time with good friends and family.

For me, holidays, travel and time away from my normal routine are catalysts for perspective shifts and gratitude.

Might sound cliche but birthdays to me are just another day.

Why wait for one day out of 365 to do something special?

Don’t get me wrong I spent most of my 20s practicing delayed gratification and still do to this day.

But if we take an honest step back I think there’s a lot to be grateful for on a day to day basis that we may overlook due to stress and daily challenges.

I’m not exempt from that. But one thing I think about a lot is how often we overestimate what we are capable of in one day and underestimate what we are capable of in one year.

Just something I felt worth sharing as we end 2025.

Anyways, I’ve got a great family, a lot of great friends, I get to work with some amazing people and help them to change their lives on a day-to-day basis. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

If you’ve read this far I greatly appreciate you and your support. Let’s make 2026 the best year yet… 💪
