I've had the privilege of serving in both medicine and law enforcement for the past 30 years. From being a patrol officer to a SWAT operator, special deputy U.S. marshal, and tactical medic, to donning the white coat as a cardiologist, I've followed my passion my entire life.

I have also have had the privilege of serving in the USAF during combat operations during Operation Enduring Freedom.

My life's mission revolves around safeguarding those who protect us. I have studied coronary disease my entire career and I have made it my life’s work to develop technology and practices to ensure the early detection of this disease, especially in our law enforcement personnel.

Through my research, I've influenced new approaches to officer health, emphasizing the significance of preventive measures and early detection.

Having shared insights worldwide on this crucial matter, I understand the profound impact each lecture, publication, and screening can have on saving lives, families, and communities. For me, prevention stands as the ultimate tribute to those who dedicate themselves to serving others.
