Cupid made his rounds at Riverview today!

Our Activities Department spread love, smiles, and sweet goodies as they stopped by to visit each resident. It was a day full of warm hearts, happy moments, and the little surprises that make our community feel like home.

St. Patrick’s Day is the biggest celebration in Savannah. We are
bringing the celebration to Riverview
Our residents dress in their green, line up with excitement, and wait for the parade to begin, just like they did for so many years. With your help, we can recreate those cherished memories and make them feel the magic all over again.

Our Activities Department do so much more than plan activities. They create moments of purpose, connection, and happiness. They turn ordinary days into something residents look forward to, spark memories, encourage smiles, and help our residents continue to feel seen, valued, and alive.

From music and games to celebrations, crafts, and meaningful moments, these amazing individuals meet our residents where they are and lift them up every single day. Their work supports emotional, mental, and social well-being and the impact is truly life changing.

We are so grateful for the compassion, creativity, patience, and love our Activities team pours into Riverview Health. Thank you for being the reason so many smiles happen here.

Grinchmas at Riverview!
Our residents had an absolute blast celebrating Grinchmas with a very special guest appearance from the Grinch himself and Cindy Lou Who!

We played games, shared lots of laughs, and enjoyed delicious treats all around. A huge THANK YOU to our friends at The Karaoke Krew for the Grinch Appearance and Aveanna Home Health - Savannah for bringing the yummiest cupcakes , they were a sweet hit!

Big shoutout to our amazing team for helping turn our community into Whoville and making this celebration such a success. Moments like these are what the season is all about.

We want to take a moment to thank our incredible community, our dedicated volunteers, and our amazing team members for making Adopt-A-Resident such a beautiful success. Because of you, our residents felt seen, valued, and deeply loved. Every resident was adopted!

Community engagement means everything. When our residents are adopted, it reminds them that they are not forgotten and that people genuinely care. Many of them look forward to this program with such excitement, asking if they’ve been adopted yet, wondering who their adopter might be, and feeling pure joy knowing someone chose them.

Your kindness brings smiles, comfort, and hope. It creates connections that go far beyond gifts, it builds relationships, dignity, and a true sense of belonging.
