✨ Welcome to the team, Brinn! ✨

We’re excited to welcome Brinn Acker, OTD, OTR/L, CHT to Alaska Hand Rehabilitation!

Brinn is a board-certified hand therapist with a unique background in special education and behavioral therapy, bringing a thoughtful and patient-centered approach to care. She earned her degrees from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and AT Still University, began her career as a travel therapist, and completed a hand therapy fellowship at the Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder Center.

Brinn specializes in treating upper extremity trauma, post-operative recovery, and overuse injuries, helping patients return to the activities they love. She previously practiced in Anchorage for four years and we’re thrilled to have her join the AHR team in 2026.

Brinn is also fluent in Spanish, helping us expand access to care for more patients in our community.

Outside of the clinic, you can find her enjoying Alaska’s outdoors, spending time with family, or baking something delicious.
