FREE seminar for middle school KIDS (gr 6-8) who need a boost of inspiration, motivation, or with communication to help deal with stress and anxiety from school, home life, friend turmoil or simply everyday challenges.

This will be a TRANSFORMATIVE experience in a fun, safe setting and guided by me - former teacher and current youth empowerment coach.
