We’ve officially added a dedicated Physical Therapy Room for our residents. At The Flora House, wellness goes beyond daily care — it’s about fostering independence, strength, and confidence at every stage of life. 🌿
🧠 Research shows that regular physical therapy can:
✅ Reduce fall risk and improve balance
✅ Ease pain and increase mobility
✅ Support recovery from conditions like arthritis, Parkinson’s, and stroke
✅ Even slow cognitive decline in seniors

🏋️‍♀️ Our PT room is equipped with:
Parallel bars for safe gait training and balance practice
Balance trainers & stability balls to build confidence in movement
Resistance bands & light weights to strengthen muscles safely
Recumbent bike & step equipment to improve endurance and mobility
Stretching mats & supportive seating for safe, guided exercises

I’m beyond grateful for everyone who came out to our Flower Power Networking Hour at The Flora House. The energy, the love, the conversations it was everything we hoped for and more!
We’re feeling incredibly blessed by the support we received and the connections we made. Huge shoutout to our amazing partners, Revive Care and IKON Health, for helping make the event so special. 💐✨
This is just the beginning, we’re looking forward to welcoming future residents into our home and continuing to grow a community rooted in compassion, care, and connection.
