2️⃣ Estimate how many rounds you can do in 2 min: challenge is push-up row, squat jump with tap, jump lunge: I will post a demo Wednesday afternoon on my story

PLANK TALK 🙌🏼
I had a client in a class this morning ask how she could fix her plank to feel it more in her abs than her back, ultimately inspiring this post!
3 COMMON PLANK MISTAKES AND HOW TO FIX THEM:
1️⃣Hips too Low
🏁🗝 Pull the belly button into the spine, lift the hips back up slightly and engage through your quads
2️⃣Hips too High
🏁🗝Realign the hips with shoulders, look in a mirror or take a picture of yourself and pull that belly button in
3️⃣Pelvis Tilted
🏁🗝 Tilt your hips slightly under, pulling your hips toward your ribcage, engage your glutes, and pull your belly button in towards the spine
👉🏼👉🏼Obviously you see that the fixes are quite similar and this list is certainly not comprehensive.. BUT provided the right tools, maybe this will help a few of you!
👀👀 The bottom picture shows alignment of the shoulders and hips...quad and glute engagement...shoulders releasing down towards the hips (rather than sticking up by your ears)...and an active belly button pulling into the spine

Winter time seems to be a tough time to stay motivated with fitness/nutrition and overall maintaining wellness... I personally hate winter and I hate cold weather especially so I have been so lazy lately! Attempting to get back on track after Thanksgiving heading into Christmas might be one of the hardest times to do so because it’s such a short time between huge eating and drinking binges with family,

How important is it actually to wash your produce, you ask??
Tap water has been shown to do as good if not better of a job of killing bacteria on the outside of your fruits and vegetables than any of the washes you can buy at the store. In fact, water can remove 98 percent of bacteria.
Don’t forget there are grocery shoppers that have to touch ALL the apples before grabbing one or about any of the small contaminants that can get into soil/manure used to grow the produce!
